Input capacity in v1

Keep the v1.1.0 input limit separate from the v2 weighted-capacity result.

You are reading the preserved v1.1.0 documentation. The v2 input-capacity result does not change the v1 runtime contract. Use the v2.0.1 input-capacity result after you upgrade the package and runtime artifacts together. Continue with the v1.1.0 configuration guide while you remain on 1.x.
